Refund Policy

At JustLifted, we want you to love your purchase! Because we use Printful’s print-on-demand service, all products are made especially for you once you order.

Returns and Exchanges:
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective or damaged product, or if you get the wrong item, contact us within 7 days at cs@justlifted.com with photos and details. We’ll work with Printful to resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds:
If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items:
Because all items are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or change of mind.
